At Omia Tours, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (for cash on delivery orders, a bank transfer or store credit may be arranged).

Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please contact our support team at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.
